We require your confirmation number for all prepaid online services. Any appointment that is beyond normal business hours must be prepaid. That would be any appointment at 7 or 8 am, 7 or 8 pm. “No shows” will therefore forfeit any prepaid amount for that service or services unless you call 3 hours in advance to change or cancel your appointment.
