Wellness Waters, LLC does not accept medical health insurance. It may be advisable
for you to ask your physician for a prescription for Colon Hydrotherapy “As needed”
or "As necessary to correct bowel response" thus, inceasing your chances of your
claim being accepted than without. We would appreciate a copy of your prescription
for our files as well. Your M.D., D.O., D.D.S., or Nurse Practitioner can write
a prescription or detailed letter that specifies the insurance CPT codes as follows:

We also encourage our clients to check not only with their physician but their employers
regarding flex-spending account policies for reimbursement of colon hydrotherapy.
Additionally, it is helpful for your physician if you call your health insurance
company to clarify which CPT code or codes they accept. Other CPT codes may be available
from your health insurance company for medical procedures such as a colonoscopy,
sigmoidoscopy, etc. wherein a colonic prior to the procedure is deemed necessary.
Insurance codes should never be written on an invoice from the Wellness Waters,
LCC as we are not legally authorized to use insurance codes on our invoices and
we do not issue our invoices with insurance codes typed or written on them for any
reason.
